Alex currently holds the role of Vice President and Head of HR for a Large Retail group in India that has over 500 retail stores spread across 150 locations in India. Alex has over 20 years of experience in various leadership Human Resource Management. Alex has led large assignments and projects involving Skill Development, Talent Management, Strategic Human Resource Management, Business Strategy, Leadership Development and is highly proficient. He is an MBA from Osmania University and holds certifications from ISB, Hyderabad, University of Edinburg, Ken Blanchard among many others.
Sherine David

Sherine David is the Project Director for SEESHA A non-profit organization that works towards empowering underprivileged communities across several States in India. Sherine is a development professional with 20+ years of full-time experience in Program Development, Project Management, Institutional Resource Mobilization, Individual Fund Raising, Donor Relations, Strategic Planning, and Organizational Development. He holds an MPhil in Social Work along with an MBA in HR & Finance & Bachelor of Law (LLB) and has in-depth experience in the development sector.
​ Philip J Connolly

​Philip is the Founder of Disability Resilience Network - DRN, Greenwich, England, United Kingdom. Over 35 years working in education, charity and government sectors, passionately focusing on disability rights. A committed and resourceful person who is able to solve problems and use their skills in innovative ways. With a creative approach to work, Philip is able to synthesize ideas and inspire others. A strong team member who is also capable of taking the initiative. Philip is partially sighted and has Parkinson's Disease.
​Dr. Kirubakaran

​Dr. Kirubakaran is a Professor at Loyola College, Chennai. A Public health specialist and a Psychiatric Social Worker. Dr. Kiruba did his M.A. in Social Work from Loyola College, Chennai, M.Phil. In Psychiatric Social Work from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) and a Ph.D. in Social Work from Bharathiar University. He has done immense work among various voluntary and non-profit organizations in the last 20 years. Dr. Kiruba has also been instrumental in facilitating empowerment for people with multiple disabilities. Strategic thinker and promotes social change.
​Dr. Maria de Mello

​Dr. Maria is an inspirational entrepreneur and a specialist in assistive technology with extensive field hands-on experience in the rehabilitation of children, adults, and the elderly in Brazil and the USA since 1993, and from 2020 to 2021 in the UAE. She has been a researcher and faculty member in several Universities in Brazil, and at the University of Florida in addition to her private business activities. Since 2006, Dr. Maria has become an active collaborator in many projects linked to HealthTech, MedTech and assistive technologies that support innovation and inclusion.
​Kenneth Masson

​Ken Masson is the President of The Rotary Club of World Disability Advocacy and the Founder of the Rotary Disabilities Advisers Group in the US. Both are international organizations A Rotarian for more than 30 years, Ken served as his club's President 3 times and won numerous Rotary awards, He worked for 10 years for a nonprofit helping people with disabilities get employment. He was the Executive Producer of the New England Job Show, a TV show which gained media recognition across the United States as an innovative approach to job placement. He was a marketing director and compliance officer in the financial industry.
